About Me

Hi my name is Amber, I'm a 24 year old lifestyle blogger and have recently graduated with a MSci in Geology at the University of Southampton. 

This blog began life while I was at uni when my sister pointed out to me that I only knew how to write like a 'boring scientist' and that doing science for 4 years was sucking all the creativity out of me. 

Before going to uni I loved to write and draw but the stress of studying meant I no longer had time. So I decided to start a blog as writing has always been my first love.

Here you'll find a mix of what I've been up to, from places I've been to lately, a new beauty product that I've liked or a deeper post on how I'm trying to navigate the chaos that is life during your twenties.    

I have recently moved back home to rural Wiltshire with my boyfriend Jared and couldn't be happier to be away from the bustle of urban life as I've always been a country bumpkin at heart.

Jared and I have just bought our first home together and are discovering how challenging this adulting thing can be!

I work full time in finance and usually post on Sundays.
